Vikings Sign WR Daylen Baldwin to Practice Squad
EAGAN, The Vikings on Wednesday signed receiver Daylen Baldwin to their practice squad, two days ahead of his 24th birthday.
Baldwin spent the majority of his first season on Cleveland’s practice squad after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in August of 2022.
Baldwin played in just one game in 2022, hauling in two catches for 25 yards on December 17 during the Browns’ 13-3 victory against the Baltimore Ravens.
The native of Southfield, Michigan, attended Morgan State for his first two collegiate seasons (2017–18). After that, he went to Jackson State where he spent the 2019–20 season before finishing his undergraduate career at Michigan in 2021. Baldwin played in 14 games during his one season with the Wolverines, making five starts. He hauled in 17 receptions for 256 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
