Amari Cooper Exits Game Against the Broncos With an Injury
Amari Cooper has been a star for the Cleveland Browns this year but left the team’s game against Denver with an injury after making just two catches on the day
extended Cooper paid the price when Denver safety P.J. Locke struck him in the ribs with his helmet as he flew down.
Cooper immediately squirmed in pain as he hit the floor. around for a short while before leaving the field and making his way to the blue medical tent on the sidelines. Without delay, he was ruled out for the remainder of the afternoon. Cooper’s final total against the Broncos was two catches for sixteen yards.
Cooper’s ailment is currently unknown, but losing him would be a further blow to the already thin Browns roster.
Cooper has only two touchdowns and 45 receptions for 749 yards on the season. Despite playing with three different quarterbacks this season, he has been tremendously impressive for Cleveland.
Although he is still on track for another 1,000-yard season, it might be harder to achieve that now that his health is in doubt.
Cleveland can’t afford to suffer many more wounds. Up until now, they have managed to repel an unusually high number of them, but as they keep coming, it’s reasonable to question how much more they can withstand.
