Susie Wolff, the managing director of Formula One Management’s F1 Academy, has come under fire from the FIA for her actions and those of her husband, Toto Wolff, the principal of the Mercedes team.
Regarding the contentious 2008 Singapore Grand Prix, former FIA president Jean Todt has sided with Felipe Massa, arguing that the “rigged” race ought to have been “cancelled” and removed from the books.
According to F1 journalist Andrew Benson, Mohammed Ben Sulayem’s prolonged presence in the sport is seen “detrimental” to F1 and Liberty Media may choose to separate F1 from the FIA.
