Max Verstappen’s father, Jos Verstappen, recently said that he dreamed of the kind of success his son is enjoying right now when Max began racing.

When Max Verstappen started racing, his father Jos Verstappen recently stated that he had only imagined the kind of success his son is currently experiencing.

In 1994, Jos Verstappen, an F1 racer himself, partnered with Michael Schumacher at Benetton.Max Verstappen has improved since defeating Lewis Hamilton in Abu Dhabi in 2021 to win his first championship.

In 2022 and 2023, the driver has performed exceptionally well with a Red Bull challenger that is significantly better than the opposition.

In 2022, he won the crown almost without opposition, and he has repeated the feat this year.
The record for the most wins in a season, held by Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher (13 each), was broken by Max Verstappen in 2022, although it was surpassed in 2023.

“I mean, when you see the McLaren that won 15 out of 16 races when Senna was driving, I think they were one second faster than anybody else at that time,” he continued.

Of course, we are now faster than Ferrari, and occasionally McLaren is as well. I believe that in order to accomplish what he does at that level—since everything depends on the details—he must maintain his focus constantly.

When asked if Max Verstappen’s supremacy on the grid would return in 2024, Jos Verstappen gave an honest response.

Jos expressed his desire for increased competitiveness the following season, saying, “He has faith in the team and what they come up with.”

More is what I would like to have.

The ex-F1 racer went on, “I believe that’s what everyone wants to see.” I enjoy watching the sport, especially Formula 1.

Naturally, winning eighteen or nineteen races in a season is fantastic.

However, because I too enjoyed it and he did in 2021, why not win the title as he did?The 2024 season will be exciting to watch because most fans, including Jos Verstappen, will be hoping for a more competitive race for the world championship.
