Prior to Giants vs. Packers, Tommy DeVito’s father sent his son an inspirational message.

Under the brilliant lights of MetLife Stadium, Tommy DeVito defeated the Green Bay Packers to win his fourth NFL start.

His father Tom DeVito gave a really motivating message for the rookie star before the game. In a feature article on the New York Giants quarterback, the father from New Jersey stated to Charlotte Carroll of The Athletic, “I said, ‘You do it on this stage, and now everybody’s gonna believe.'”

According to his father, the younger DeVito did, and “now everybody believes.”

For Tommy DeVito, the entire adventure has been just amazing. Tom DeVito referred to one as “a fantasy” in an interview with The Athletic.

The proprietor of DeVito Plumbing & Heating in New Jersey told Carroll, “You can’t put it into words.” It simply defies description. This celebration, this romance [with Tommy]. That was unimaginable to everyone. The love, support, and sincerity of people is unfathomable. We feel overwhelmed by it.

In Week 15, the rookie will face a formidable New Orleans Saints defense on the road. If the Giants are to have any chance of making the playoffs in 2023, they cannot afford to lose any more games.

Giants QB Tom DeVito says “everyone had something to root for”
Mr. DeVito may become well-known for his remarks, even as his son is renowned for his poise and arm. Tommy DeVito inked a contract with the Giants, and Carroll shared another statement from the pleased father earlier in the story with The Athletic.

Once more, it was really amazing.

Tom DeVito said, “You gave everybody something to root for,” to the “100 people” who came to their house to offer their support. “And the best gift is that.” You gave us all inspiration and hope, which is the best gift in the world.

And they have roots. One of the biggest media hubs in the world is talking about DeVito these days. He and his agent Sean Stellato were even the focus of a widely shared spoof on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show on December 14.

Deciding to dress like Stellato’s “Italian Stallion,” as DeVito called Stellato, Fallon gave a hilarious performance of Dean Martin’s song “That’s Amore.”

Fallon started, saying, “When your man throws a bomb but still lives with his mom, that’s DeVito,” reiterating the line as the song’s “amore” part.

The comedian went on, “When he wolfs down chicken parm and has quite the arm, that’s DeVito.” “Sunday and Monday, the Leonardo da Vinci of football, lives a mile away, making plays.” He is going to win some ring-a-ling-a-lings and wear them on his little finger.

Even Tom DeVito told his son to “do the dishes” after every NFL victory in Fallon’s final song. The remark “If you tackle my man, I’ll call Paulie you’ll sleep with the fishes” sums up the skit’s conclusion.
