The 2024 Sauber F1 team name has been confirmed.
Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber will be Sauber Motorsport’s new team name for the 2024 Formula 1 season, the company has declared.
After working with Sauber for numerous years, Alfa Romeo left the team, which is why the name was changed.
Alfa Romeo first became a title sponsor for Sauber in 2018, and for the 2019 season, Alfa Romeo assumed naming rights.
But the news of its departure arrived soon after Sauber’s announcement last year of an agreement with Audi, which would acquire the majority of the team before the 2026 season.
At the beginning of the year, Sauber and Stake, an online casino operator, partnered for a number of years.
Additionally, Sauber has disclosed that KICK, a streaming platform, has gained a name.
