Boring season in F1 likely to be dominated by Max’: Red Bull officials doubt Lewis Hamilton will fight for title in 2024
Hopes that Lewis Hamilton could challenge for the title in 2024 have been dismissed by Red Bull simulator driver Jake Dennis. Dennis is the reigning Formula E champion and his driver for the Austrian team’s simulator.
He has already tested the team’s 2024 F1 Challenger in the simulator and knows what this year’s car will look like.
In his 2023 F1 season, Red Bull dominated the sport like no other team in the past.
Last year, he won almost every race except for one race in Singapore.
Hamilton had little chance of fighting for the title with Mercedes.
Because the British driver simply did not have a car under him. Mercedes has a better idea of the regulations so the 2024 F1 season should be better. Many expected Max Verstappen and Red Bull to dominate another season and would instead see Hamilton fighting for the title.
However, Dennis shattered all these predictions, telling Mirror Sport that it is very likely that Red Bull and Verstappen will maintain their dominance.
