WATCH: Jason Kelce shirtless for screaming celebration alongside Taylor Swift after Travis Kelce scores TD
Jason Kelce’s football career may or may not be over. However, the veteran Eagles center isn’t done with the NFL. He stole the show on social media during Sunday’s Bills vs. Chiefs divisional-round game, which Kansas City won 27-24 following a Tyler Bass field goal that would have knotted the game late.
The 36-year-old Kelce, who just concluded his 13th season and is openly unsure about his NFL future, was initially observed on Sunday in the parking lots outside Highmark Stadium, home of the Bills. As the Buffalo fans cheered him on, the seasoned Pro Bowler shot a bowling ball and gave the game-day audience high fives, solidifying his status as a “man of the people.”
Afterwards, Kelce was spotted in a suite with Swift and other people who were cheering on Travis, the Pro Bowl tight end, before the Bills’ kickoff versus the Chiefs. Swift has become a fixture at Chiefs games, frequently accompanied by Donna, the younger Kelce’s mother, whose relationship with her has made headlines in the NFL this season. But on Sunday, she and Jason Kelce joined forces for the first time to support the family, and after Travis scored a touchdown to give the Chiefs the lead in the second quarter, things became really rowdy.
Immediately following Travis’ spectacular play, Jason—dubbed the team’s “No. 1 hype man” by the Chiefs social media team—was spotted in the suite yelling while carrying a drink and not wearing a shirt.
In the meanwhile, the younger Kelce helped the Chiefs advance to face the Ravens in the AFC title game, with a chance for Kansas City to make its fourth Super Bowl appearance in six years.
