Deion Sanders urged the players to unite both on and off-field and let go of their devices
During the session, Coach Prime emphasized to the players the importance of attending to minor details such as maintaining cleanliness in shared areas like bathrooms. His message extended beyond mere cleaning and served as a reminder for personal responsibility and self-control.
During a team meeting, Coach Prime stressed the importance of meticulously attending to seemingly ordinary tasks outside game time. He gave precise instructions saying, “After practice and everything else is done, I want each one of you to check all the bathrooms thoroughly for any kind of mess or debris left behind because even if there’s just one piece of toilet paper on the seat it will ruin our unwavering respect for each other. We are not raised like that by our parents.” Further adding how this senseless disregards can lead to everyone being punished with extra workouts upon returning back from home games or practices.
The coach linked the players’ upbringing and their parents’ values to highlight that this responsibility is an extension of their own values. Alongside rigorous physical training, which instills a culture of hard work and discipline among the Buffs team members, Coach Prime has opted for another approach to enhance unity within his squad. In a serious talk with them as they cooled down post-training, he stressed oneness both on and off the pitch.
Chronicles of Sanders’ training sessions off the court.
Sanders encouraged the current generation to break their addiction to technology and come together as a team both on-field and off-field. He expressed his frustration with players being constantly glued to their phones during meal times, lamenting that even small groups of five were not communicating or getting acquainted. In order for teammates to truly know each other, Sanders insisted that they disconnect from electronic devices and engage in real conversation instead.
During the early offseason, Coach Prime emphasizes team chemistry as players focus solely on physical training for their upcoming session. His goal is to cultivate a sense of brotherhood and unity that extends beyond just playing together during games.
Deion Sanders confronts Shedeur and his companions for their unhygienic behavior at the CU Buffs facility, stating that it is not how their mothers raised them.
“Coach Prime, in the latest video materialized by ‘Well Off Media’, conducts a class for Colorado players. He stands before a projector while Shedeur and others sit before him as if in a traditional classroom setting. Sanders educates all Buffaloes not only about their playing prowess but also about hygiene routines which came to them unexpectedly.”
