The final approval for the golf course collaboration between Tiger Woods and Mike Trout is here
East Vineland is on the verge of granting final city approval for Trout National – The Reserve, an 18-hole golf course set to span approximately 281 acres and designed in a championship-style format that has garnered support from its backers.
Last summer, city planners granted preliminary approval to the project. Subsequently, construction actions such as ground-shaping and erecting fragments of a proposed 4.5-mile perimeter wall have begun.
A special meeting has been scheduled by the Planning Board at City Hall on Thursday evening, February 29 for a final review and voting. According to Ryan Headley, the city’s Principal Engineer, the final plans are essentially abiding by what was previously agreed upon last summer.
Vineland NJ’s urban renewal is owned by NEP Real Estate. The plan includes nine phases of construction with the aim to have an operating course ready by 2025 and for long-term development.
