She said that she had initially encountered Woods, the one-time lingerie model at Butter – a New York club frequented by celebrities in circa 2006.
According to sources, despite being married to his ex-wife Elin Nordegren at the time, he devoted significant efforts into courting Rist.
Due to a chain of events, Tiger began flying Rist out to meet him on his tours. Their affair continued for approximately six months before ending when Rist became weary of the concealment surrounding their relationship.
The news of their affair made headlines in 2009 when his scandalous sexual behavior was uncovered, ultimately leading to the end of his marriage.
On Monday, Rist expressed her desire for individuals to exhibit “compassion” towards the once top-ranked golfer who was apprehended by police in Jupiter, Florida at approximately 3 a.m. on suspicion of DUI.
