It is highly likely that Tiger Woods ranks as the most exceptional golfer in history.
Tiger’s fans have an insatiable curiosity about his life; however, he prefers to maintain the secrecy of his personal affairs.
Nonetheless, those who follow Tiger will recognize the more prominent individuals in his team such as Joe LaCava, his caddie; Mark Steinberg, his agent; and Rob McNamara, his closest friend.
The Tiger’s team consists of two members with four legs that are often neglected – his beloved dogs named Bugs and Lola.
Throughout his career, Tiger has always had an appreciation for animals.
In the 4th episode of his series “At Home With Tiger Woods,” the golf legend, who has won 15 major championships, presented his dogs to all of his followers.
Tiger boasts a collection of photographs featuring an extensive range of animals, ranging from Kangaroos and elephants to camels and squirrels. Furthermore, Woods has even posed for pictures with snow tigers during one such photoshoot.
Nonetheless, even though Tiger values all animals, it is dogs who have won his heart completely.
Up until now, Woods and their family have welcomed four canine companions into their home. The initial pair consisted of Yogi, an ivory Labradoodle with no variations in coloring and Taz, a Border Collie.
Tiger acquired Taz when he turned 30 years old. Nevertheless, the health of Yogi and Taz began to decline as they aged. In 2019, both dogs departed from the Woods family due to poor health conditions.
At present, Tiger possesses a pair of dogs named Bugs and Lola who dwell at home. In 2015, the family welcomed Bugs as part of their kin, being a mix breed between Border Collie and Springer Spaniel.
In 2019, Woods acquired Lola – a petite Australian Shepherd during the same time Yogi and Taz had departed from their household.
So much does Tiger Woods adore his dogs that he permits them to accompany him on the greens. Furthermore, he has trained them competently enough to retrieve his golf balls for him.
Lola is still learning and developing while Bugs has more experience.
Additionally, the love for dogs is not unique to Tiger Woods in golfing circles. Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas also frequently share pictures and videos of their canine companions on Instagram.
Many PGA Tour players have a fondness for animals, particularly dogs.
