On his YouTube channel, the exceptional athlete recorded the moment when his mother received a gifted five-bedroom home.
A Moment to Remember: Travis Hunter and His Mother
During the video, Hunter’s mother presumed that they were embarking on a house tour arranged by his partner’s mother for the engaged duo. Unbeknownst to her, an assortment of friends and family had also gathered together as part of this unexpected outing.
“I’d rather be fishing,” grumbled Hunter, feigning annoyance at having to tour the house. The 20-year-old added confidently, “I’ll definitely find some time for it.”
Unbeknownst to his mother, the entire scheme was devised as a ruse to astonish her with a new dwelling.
At the beginning of the video, both the footballer and his fiancee, Leanna Lenee expressed their excitement regarding his mother’s upcoming move to Savannah, Georgia. With this relocation, she would now be in closer proximity to Lenee’s family which will make holiday visits much easier for everyone involved.
While touring the kitchen, Hunter’s mother feigned being on MTV Cribs. She expressed admiration for its spaciousness and one particular closet in which she claimed two beds could easily fit inside.
The Revealed Surprise
Upon concluding the home tour, a card was given to her. Travis made it clear that there wasn’t any money inside by saying, “There’s no cash in there.” His mother playfully replied with three consecutive “damn”s.
Reading the card that announced her ownership of the house, the college student watched as confetti rained down while her ecstatic mother danced around the room. Jokingly comparing it to gunshot sounds, she was presented with keys by Hunter.
Trav’s mother expressed that she may shed tears later and conveyed her immense affection for him by declaring “I love you so dearly,” to her son.
In addition, Hunter has secured sponsorship arrangements with various brands including American Eagle, Michael Strahan Brand, Actively Black, Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits and several others.

Hunter’s generosity towards his now-fiancée, Lenee, has extended to purchasing an engagement ring for her at a significant cost of approximately $100,000.
Furthermore, Hunter presented her with a brand new Tesla the previous year – an unexpected gift that he also recorded on his YouTube channel.
The renowned football player enrolled at Jackson State University with the mentorship of Coach Deion Sanders. Later on, he pursued his career under the same coach as they both relocated to Colorado State where he currently excels.
