Breaking; Bills ‘Exceptional’ UDFA Predicted to secure a spot on the final roster.

Through the 2024 NFL draft, The Buffalo Bills welcomed ten new players and also acquired numerous undrafted free agents. Although numerous noteworthy picks are anticipated to immediately join the starting lineup, those who went undrafted must overcome obstacles in order to secure a spot on the final roster.

Keni-H Lovely, an undrafted player from Western Michigan, appears to have the most promising opportunity at cornerback. During his Mailbag column evaluating new talent for the Bills, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News highlighted standout players.

According to Skurski, making the 53-man roster is a difficult task for undrafted free agents. However, Keni-H Lovely from Western Michigan might have an opportunity to secure his place as the fourth cornerback.

Dane Brugler of The Athletic classified Lovely as a priority free agent in his draft preview. According to him, Lovely was an All-State defensive back during high school at Atlantic High and went on to become a starter for Western Michigan after signing up as a three-star recruit. He led the team with interceptions in both of his final two seasons playing there.

Loverly made a total of 96 tackles, defended 7 passes, intercepted the ball 6 times, recovered fumbles on two occasions and scored twice.

Brugler commented that while Lovely has exceptional speed and athleticism, his premature hip turn and inconsistent pedal/footwork may hinder his ability to react quickly. Despite this, he demonstrates a quick closing burst enabling him to make plays on the ball without initiating early contact.

Although he has some inconsistent tendencies, Lovely exhibits tenacious tackling skills and effectively brings his opponent to the ground. Despite being relatively small in stature with subpar visual focus, his athleticism, adeptness at handling the ball and fiercely competitive approach could lead him to be selected during the draft process.
