You don’t have to lose bets like Phil Mickelson to win these special golf runners.

At 54, Phil Mickelson may not be a fashion icon. The man has generated a lot of opinions in his decade as a professional golfer, and yet, in a twist or con, the golfing icon turned up at Royal Troon wearing sweatpants on the eve of one of the biggest tournaments of the year. Yes, it took a bet with Grant Horvath to make this all possible, but sometimes it takes a little push to try something new. We don’t blame Mickelson; we’ve rotated the same three to five golf shirts for the past few years

Skinny charcoal pants with a sleek black shirt, Nike sneakers and colorful sunglasses work together. Maybe it’s the push we all need to try something new on the course. If you already own sneakers (good for you!), here are some new ones with great deals that might be useful to you. If you’re not there yet, as even Mickelson hesitated, it may be what you need to not only improve your appearance, but possibly your game.

Let’s start with Primo, the brand represented by bookmaker Grant Horvath. Looks like Mickelson is following his playing partner’s lead and trying out these pants designed for the athletic golfer. Primo hates baggy golf clothes as much as you and I do, so that’s a good place to start. Primo Marine

We’re not sure why the G Gradual brand offers a shirtless model for their golf joggers, but these pants come in four-way stretch fabric and over 15 different color options, so who are we to judge? G Gradual prides itself on their ability to protect you from the sun. “The tightly woven construction provides long-lasting sun protection to prevent sunburn and long-term skin damage. “It’s warm and sunny right now because everyone’s outside, but it’s not going to stop anytime soon. This is quite a matter!
