Although Tiger Woods had expressed his desire to play one event per month, he couldn’t do so after withdrawing from the Genesis Invitational in February. Since then, he has started just three major tournaments, a stark contrast to Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy, who have started 15 and 14, respectively.
