Tiger Woods’ leg scars visible at US junior amateur

15-time major winner Tiger Woods may not have achieved the results he hoped for in 2024, but his resilience and determination to get back to his previous form remain the main focus for the golf icon. Throughout the year, Woods maintained a positive attitude and constantly praised his physical improvements. “I’m getting better,” Woods told Golf. “It doesn’t really show in the results, but physically I’m getting better, which is great.”

On Monday, Woods was spotted cheering on his son, Charlie Woods, at the U.S. Junior Amateur at Oakland Hills Country Club in Michigan. He was wearing shorts, revealing a large scar on his right leg that he sustained in a car accident in February 2021.

The scar is just below his kneecap and continues down his ankle, a stark reminder of the severity of the accident. Social media users have been talking about Woods’ scar as a reminder to return to the golf course.
