Prepare to be stunned: Rory McIlroy and CBS sports reporter Amanda Balionis have just dropped another bombshell announcement, causing the golf community to go into a frenzy of shock…
Another astonishing revelation involving Rory McIlroy and Erica Stoll has been uncovered in court documents.
According to reports, Rory McIlroy enlisted the help of a private investigator in delivering his divorce documents to Erica Stoll just one day after winning the Wells Fargo Championship.
According to a report, Rory McIlroy employed the services of a private detective to deliver divorce papers to Erica Stoll.
During a well-deserved break from the busy major season in professional golf, Rory McIlroy received surprising news through an article published by the Belfast Telegraph over the weekend.
McIlroy’s private plane was reportedly in Italy according to the flight tracker radaratlas2 on X. There are rumors that he may have attended a wedding, but this has not been confirmed yet.
After winning his 26th PGA Tour title at the Wells Fargo Championship, McIlroy requested a divorce from his spouse of seven years on May 13.
According to the BT report, McIlroy executed his signatures digitally between 9:06 pm and 9.08pm Eastern Daylight Time on May 9th.
Thomas Sasser, the lawyer who represented Tiger Woods during his divorce from Elin Nordegren following the revelation of his extramarital affairs, filed a lawsuit in Palm Beach County Court.
In addition, legal papers indicate that Carl Woods delivered the summons to Erica.
Having been in law enforcement since 1987, Woods holds certifications as a homicide investigator and is also licensed to operate as a private investigator.
In the document submitted by Woods, he stated that Sasser’s firm delivered the divorce papers to him at precisely 9:58 am on May 13. He proceeded to serve them himself to Stoll at her residence located in The Bear’s Club, which is an upscale development designed by Jack Nicklaus. This occurred half an hour later, around 10:30 am.
In his description, he portrayed Stoll as a slim woman in her 30s with fair skin and blonde hair. She measures between heights of 5ft 7in to 5ft 8in and wasn’t wearing glasses.
Stoll was served with a summons that informed her of the requirement to file a written response within 20 days of her husband’s petition, as stated by the circuit court clerk.
In addition, the written document emphasized that a mere phone call would not suffice for protection. To have your side of the case considered by the court, you must submit a written response containing both the assigned case number and parties’ names mentioned above.
Failure to submit your response within the given timeframe could result in a forfeiture of the case, potentially leading to wage garnishment and asset seizure without any additional notification from the court system.
