Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ former spouse, pursued a career in counseling after retraining.

One of the most highly publicized celebrity divorces in the 2000s launched her to prominence on front pages.

However, Elin Nordegren has mostly avoided public attention since then. She has had two more children, earned a degree in psychology and pursued retraining to become a counselor.

After starting out as a nanny and later becoming a model, the 44-year-old beauty from Stockholm went on to become one half of America’s most beloved sporting couples before falling from grace as a WAG who received global sympathy.

Although they are reputed to be good co-parents, the ex-couple has been seldom seen in each other’s company since their highly publicized split back in 2010. The separation was prompted by Woods’ unfaithfulness which had damaged their marital relationship irreparably.

The couple’s devotion to their 15-year-old son Charlie and 16-year-old daughter Samantha persists, as evidenced by the absence of any tensions from previous times when they posed for pictures with a thrilled Charlie.

In 2014, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren attended their son Charlie’s high school golf ceremony together while holding their second child Arthur. Following her completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree, Nordegren was invited to speak at her college graduation. Currently, the Swedish mother is dating former NFL player Jordan Cameron and they have two young children – Arthur who was born in 2019 and another unnamed sixteen-month-old (as seen in a photo from 2019).

Former NFL star Jordan Cameron is now in a romantic relationship with the Swede and they have two young children together. Their first child, Arthur, was born in 2019 while their second son who remains unnamed publicly is only 16 months old.

After leaving the marriage with $100 million, the 44-year-old has led a peaceful life away from public attention.

Despite having lived with Woods in Florida, she presently resides there and has recently sold her Palm Beach compound that boasted of 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.

After her separation from Woods in 2010, the ex-nanny promptly acquired the 1.4 acre property and proceeded to dismantle its existing house.

Today, the oceanfront home that sprawls over 25,878 square feet stands where she built it.

Charlie and their daughter Samantha are co-parented by Nordegren and Woods who remain devoted to each other. The couple was formerly wedded from 2004 until 2010 (pictured in November 2009).

Since 2017, Woods has been in a romantic relationship with Erica Herman who is currently 35 years old. Previously, Herman worked as the general manager at Woods’ restaurant located in Jupiter, Florida.

Despite Woods’ crude texts being broadcast to the world, Elin maintained a dignified silence in response to his infidelity. Months later, she spoke with the media but remained respectful towards her ex-husband who had been involved with more than a dozen women during their marriage.

“Never once did I suspect,” she said, as her focus was entirely consumed with being pregnant and caring for their two young children.

As additional information emerged, I experienced a sense of foolishness. It was incomprehensible that I had been totally unaware. “Betrayal” doesn’t adequately capture my sentiments,” she declared, expressing disappointment with those who were intimately involved in the fraud and also close to her.

In 2010, she spoke to People and revealed that not only had she forgiven him but also established a friendship with his then-girlfriend Lindsey Vonn.

“I believe I would want to have more children, however, since I already have a son and a daughter who bring me so much joy, I couldn’t ask for anything better.”

I have a feeling that I’m in an excellent position, where the outcome would be fantastic either way.

While many women would struggle to forgive infidelity on the level of Tiger’s, Elin maintained that she had to do so for their sons Sam and Charlie.

In 2002, Nordegren (seen on the left) was employed as an au pair by Jesper Parnevik, a Swedish national. At first disinterested in dating the renowned golf player due to her young age of 21 years old then agreed to go out with him after some time.

She stated that she has progressed and is currently in a positive state.

We are primarily focused on our children, and things between us are going well. He is an excellent dad.

I am generally pleased that my children receive love from someone else in any type of stepparent relationship.

Elin said that she had excellent relationships with her stepparents while growing up, referring to her parents’ divorce when she was seven and subsequent remarriage to other individuals.

Elin has demonstrated remarkable progress since the separation.

She attained her psychology degree from Rollins College in Florida in 2014 after spending nine years pursuing it, and she is ecstatic about the achievement.

She insisted that although it took nine years, which seemed like a long time to admit, she felt proud of her achievement and had no regrets.

After being born in Stockholm, this former teenage model started working as an au pair for fellow Swede and golfer Jesper Parnevik. She later moved to the United States permanently when she was 21 years old and reportedly received numerous romantic advances from other players on the Tour who were friends with Parnevik.

In 2001, she encountered Woods during the Open Championship. Despite being in a relationship with someone in Sweden, she initially declined his advances before eventually accepting a date proposal from him.

Elin’s relationship with Woods became more serious after getting acquainted with the PGA Player of the Year, leading to a proposal by the golfer at South Africa’s Shamwari Game Reserve.

Woods proposed to them while on holiday in South Africa after two years of dating, and they agreed to get engaged.

On the 19th hole of Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, which is known for its exclusivity, the couple tied knots on an October day in 2004. Woods had rented out the lavish hotel for a week while their wedding reportedly amounted to over £2million.

At the wedding reception, performances were given by Hootie and the Blowfish as well as Kelly Clarkson. According to reports, 500 roses were delivered to the Caribbean resort where the couple celebrated their nuptials.

After their separation, Woods resided with Eline and Tiger at Isleworth in Orlando – a posh residential area. Later on, the couple built a luxurious £41mn house in Jupiter Island where Woods eventually moved into.

Samantha and Charlie are the two children of the ex-couple. They have a shared interest in golf, with Charlie participating alongside his father in December’s PNC Championship Pro-Am for the fourth time.

By flaunting his unique ring, Charlie reveled in triumph after clinching the high school golf championship. With an aim to emulate his father’s example, the 15-year-old frequently joins him in competitive games. Additionally, Samantha – their daughter who is currently aged 16 (depicted in a photo from 2023) – binds together these former partners.
