Rory McIlroy used a private investigator to serve Erica Stoll with divorce papers, according to a report. The revelation came from a telegraph report from Belfast which was published during the weekend while McILroy took a break in the week with the professional golf course in the major season loaded.
According to the Radaratlas2 flight tracker on X, the McILroy private plane was in Italy and the golfer may have attended a wedding, but he has not yet been supported. Mcilroy applied for a divorce from his wife for seven years on May 13, 24 hours after won the 26th PGA tour title in Wells Fargochampionship.
BT Report Mcilroy signed a digital dissertation on May 9 at 9:08 pm EDT from 9:08 pm. The lawsuit was filed in Palm Beach County Court by Thomas Sasser, the same attorney who represented Tiger Woods in his divorce from Elin Nordegren after his extramarital affairs were revealed.
Court documents also show that Carl Woods served Erica with a subpoena.

“Woods’ filing said he received the divorce papers at 9.58am on May 13 from Sasser’s firm and personally served them on Stoll at the McIlroy family home in the exclusive Jack Nicklaus development The Bear’s Club at 10.30am. “He described Stoll as white, blonde, in his 30s, thin, 5’7″ to 5’8” tall, not wearing glasses.
“The amount served on Ms. Stoll provided her with 20 days notice to file a written response to her husband’s complaint with the Circuit Court Clerk.”

Furthermore, the document states: If you want the court to hear your side of the case, you must file a written answer that includes the case number and the names of the parties listed above.
