According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Herman declared the non-disclosure agreement with Woods as invalid, referring to a statute that bars such agreements in cases of sexual misconduct. He branded it as “unenforceable.”

According to court documents, she alleges that the golf legend is attempting to forcefully uphold their Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which was signed in August 2017, and prevent her from speaking out about their relationship.

It is not evident whether Herman is alleging any specific misconduct against Woods, aged 47.

In the new filings, Herman (38) contends that the NDA ought to be invalidated in accordance with federal regulations outlined by the Speak Out Act. The act grants immunity from NDAs when evidence of sexual assault or harassment is present.

TMZ reports that Herman, who has been a part of Woods’ team since 2017, is seeking clarity from the court as she eagerly wants to reveal her experiences with him.

Woods’ representatives were contacted by The U.S. Sun for a comment.

Erica has claimed that she had a tenancy agreement and was unjustly evicted from the Florida mansion where they resided, but Woods denies these allegations. He asserts that he did not deceive her in any way before removing her from their home.

According to court documents, she alleges that she was instructed to prepare for a vacation but upon arrival at the airport, was notified of being denied entry into the Hobe Sound property.

Herman, aged 39, has filed a lawsuit against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust for which Woods holds control. Herman alleges that Woods broke his promise of permitting her to reside in the property without any rent along with their two children.

She maintains that the housing arrangement still had five years remaining when he terminated their relationship in October 2022.

Woods’ legal team has recently claimed that there was no agreement established permitting Herman to reside with the golfer, but rather she had been extended an invitation as a guest.

According to a court filing by the lawyers, there was no oral tenancy agreement negotiated between Mr. Woods and Ms. Herman.

There was never a written tenancy agreement between Mr. Woods or the Trust either.

Mr Woods told Ms Herman that she was not permitted to stay in the residence anymore.

Ms Herman was hosted at a nearby opulent resort by Mr Woods and supplied with financial resources which could aid in obtaining a new abode.

There has been no public sighting of Woods and Herman together since the August 2022 US Open.

In 2004, Elin Nordegren became Woods’ spouse but their marriage ended in divorce six years later due to his alleged infidelity.

According to reports, he has had numerous romantic relationships subsequently, involving porn actresses and night club hostesses.

In August 2017, Woods declared his separation from Kristin Smith, his girlfriend.
