Following her suspension for smoking on the course, Charley Hull has shared details of her future plans.

At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Charley Hull scored a 1-over total of 289. During the first round, she experienced seven bogeys and one double bogey leading to a score of 9-over-81.

During the second round, she scored four birdies with three on the front nine and one on the back. Despite hitting a bogey and double bogey, she completed her round at 71.

Hull achieved five birdies in the third round resulting in a total score of 69. Similarly, she shot another set of five birdies during the final round and ended up with a score of 68.

Charley Hull’s T27 standing after the Olympics placed her in the middle of a 60-player field.

Afterwards, during a press conference, the 28-year-old expressed that participating in the tournament gave her an added boost of confidence and she intends to utilize this experience as preparation for the upcoming Women’s British Open. As stated through ASAP Sports:

Having played several rounds of exceptional golf at home, I am currently feeling significantly more self-assured. In fact, over my last four games on familiar turf, I have achieved an impressive 24 strokes under par.

After shooting one over in the first round, I felt nervous since it had been five weeks since I last played and my shoulder was bothering me. However, now I am more confident than ever and feel that my golf game is strong.

In the same interview, Charley Hull discussed her forthcoming golf tournaments.

The English golfer expressed their enthusiasm and emphasized the significance of their upcoming events. They shared how excited they were to play at Turnberry on Monday, as well as participate in The Scottish Open and AIG Women’s Open consecutively after that. Overall, they viewed these experiences positively and considered them to be good opportunities.

Charley Hull will participate in the Major tournament of AIG Women’s Open, commencing from August 22.
