PARIS — Cecile Lundy has completed a marathon of coaching at the Olympic Games, guiding the world’s best gymnasts to a final bloom of redemption. Randy had advised Simone Billes three years ago in Tokyo. He withdrawn from almost all events for mental blocks, returned to these games, and helped to win four medals.
