According to oddsmakers at BetOnline, Tom Brady’s ex-wife is currently the frontrunner if Tiger starts prowling.
This week saw the emergence of Woods’ split from his girlfriend Erica Herman.
Last October, Gisele and the former NFL quarterback Brady jointly released a statement declaring their divorce.
On the oddsmakers’ list, she holds a top position with +2500 odds, while Kim Kardashian follows with +3500 and Shakira trails behind at +5000.
Vera Wang, Eva Longoria, Charlize Theron, Katie Holmes and Monique Samuels are also listed at +7500 while Jada Pinkett Smith holds a +5000 ranking.
On the list are Paige Spiranac (+25000), Kylie Jenner (+15000), and Khloe Kardashian (+20000).
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Herman deemed the NDA with Woods as “unenforceable” due to a law that prohibits such agreements when there is proof of sexual assault or harassment.
According to court documents, she alleges that the golf legend is attempting to “forcefully enforce” their non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which was signed by her in August 2017, and prevent her from speaking about their relationship.
It is not evident if Herman is alleging any particular wrongdoing by Woods, aged 47.
In the recently submitted documents, Herman (38) argues that the NDA ought to be nullified by citing the federal Speak Out Act. This law allows for exemptions on NDAs in situations where there is proof of sexual assault or harassment.
According to TMZ, Herman – who has been Woods’ companion since 2017 – is seeking clarification from the court as she wishes to share her encounters with Tiger.
Woods’ representatives were contacted by The U.S. Sun for a comment.
Erica claims that she had a tenancy agreement, and was kicked out of the Florida mansion they shared by Woods. However, he denies this allegation and insists that Erica’s claim is false as there was no such agreement between them.
According to court papers, she alleges that despite being instructed to pack for a vacation, upon arriving at the airport, she was notified of her inability to access the property in Hobe Sound.
Herman, aged 39, has filed a lawsuit against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust for breach of verbal agreement. Woods holds control over the trust and according to Herman’s claim; he promised her rent-free accommodation along with his two children which was not fulfilled.
She maintains that there were still five years remaining on the housing agreement when he terminated their relationship in October of 2022.
Woods’ attorneys now clarify that Herman was not authorized to share the golfer’s residence, and rather, she visited as an “invited guest.”
According to a court document filed by the lawyers, Mr Woods did not enter into any verbal rental agreement with Ms Herman.
Mr. Woods or the Trust did not have a written tenancy agreement at any point in time.
Mr Woods notified Ms Herman that she was no more invited to the dwelling.
A local luxury resort was arranged for Ms Herman by Mr Woods, along with providing her funds that she could use towards a new accommodation.
Woods and Herman have not made a public appearance together since the US Open tournament held in August 2022.
In 2004, Woods entered into marriage with Elin Nordegren; nonetheless, their union came to an end in 2010 after he was accused of being unfaithful.
According to reports, he has had numerous partners subsequently, among whom were adult film actors and nightclub hostesses.
Woods declared his separation from Kristin Smith, his girlfriend, in August 2017.
