Angel Reese Accuses Caitlin Clarke Fans of Racism

Angel Reese claimed that Caitlin Clarke has racist fans when she discussed their feud on her new podcast.

The duo has taken their interest in the WNBA to new levels since being drafted earlier this year. Leasing is in Chicago Sky, but Clark was first selected by Indian Fever. I pursued Iowa’s LSU, Clark’s wreath, and a fierce rivalry played at university.

Reese said: \ ‘Kaitrin was an incredible player, and I always thought she was an incredible player. “We’ve been playing together since we were in college, so I think it’s just the fans that support her – her fans, Iowa fans and now Indiana (Fever) fans, and I respect that. But sometimes it’s very rude. I think there are a lot of racism, but I don’t think that indicates everything. \ ‘

The Chicago Sky Player said that the fans had targeted his house outside the basketball, creating a naked photo through AI and sending it to his family. Reese continued, “But when it comes to death threats — I’m talking about people coming to my address, following me home — it all comes down to this.”

“There have been multiple times when people have taken pictures of me using artificial intelligence, like I’m literally naked.” They sent them to my relatives. My uncles were messaging me like, “Are you naked on Instagram?” \’It’s disgusting to see it, it’s really tough for me to have to go through it and see other players go through it.

\’But at the end of the day, it’s a game we both love, but there’s no hate in it.\’

Reese and Clark have had some exciting matches in the WNBA this season, but there’s been plenty of controversy throughout the season. Reese’s teammate, Chennedy Carter, shoved Clarke to the ground as if yelling “yo b****,” then shouldered her from behind. Reese wasn’t on the court at the time, but she jumped up and took on the challenge. In June, Reese was called for a flagrant foul after hitting Clark in the head while trying to steal the ball.

Their rivalry together helped bring interest in the WNBA to another level

“I think some people have a special whistle,” Reese said after the game. Clarke, for her part, has consistently downplayed the suggestion that she views Reese as a rival.

“I’m pretty sure the only people who see this as a rivalry are all of you,” Clarke said during a June media appearance. “For us, it’s just a basketball game. That’s the reality. If that helps move the game forward, then definitely (she’s a contender). That’s the way it should be. People can talk about it. “Like I said, if it helps move the game forward, then by all means (call it a rivalry).”

The Fever have already qualified for the WNBA playoffs, but Reese and the Sky still have work to do.

They’ve struggled recently, losing their last seven games, and next up they’ll face the bottom of the standings, the Los Angeles Sparks.
