After her extensive hike on the Grudge Trail in Vancouver, Canada, Amanda Balionis indulged in a refreshing beer. Known for hosting PGA Tour golf events, the CBS Sports journalist won’t be doing so this week as there are no scheduled tournaments after 2024’s Tour Championship.
During her time off, Balionis embarked on a thrilling escapade in Canada and shared highlights of her trek through videos and photos on Instagram Stories.

Balionis embarked on the challenging Grudge Grud Trail, making swift progress at first. However, having covered a quarter of the journey she noticed a sign warning of its demanding nature and began to rue her decision.
According to the statement, “The previous segment was effortless. However, it is about to get demanding since the path becomes steeper and narrower from this point onwards.”
Balionis expressed doubt about whether mistakes were made at this juncture.
Balionis, after some effort and struggle along the way, finally finished her journey and shared a joyful self-portrait with followers.
