Jordan Childs reveals Simone Biles is no longer his most famous contact

Simone Biles was Jordan Childs’ most famous contact, and unfortunately for the American gymnastics star, that honor has now been snatched away by someone else. But Biles can’t really complain or deny that she’s more popular despite her status as the GOAT in gymnastics – after all, she’s going up against another GOAT himself, NBA icon and Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. Chiles talked about how she went from having Biles as her most popular contact on her phone to the Air Force and how much fun it was for her.

“It’s so funny because I can say it now, but the first time someone asked me, I thought, ‘Oh, Simone Biles,'” Chiles said on the podcast “Chicks in the Office,” discussing the commonly asked question: Which celebrities are your contacts? “It’s pretty funny to say now that it’s Michael Jordan because I definitely thought he was the most famous person I had on my phone at the time.”

Jordan Childs also talked about receiving a message from Michael Jordan before the Olympics. For those who missed it, the 23-year-old gymnast revealed last July how the Bulls wished her luck and said they were “excited” to see her “win a gold medal.”

Reflecting on that moment, as well as all the messages of support he received before and after the Olympics, Chiles said it was really “cool” to see.

“It was really cool, I’m not going to lie. From all the people who reached out to me before I even left, to when I finished my floor routine and got a medal, I was like, ‘Yo, this is crazy,'” Chiles continued in the interview, which was filmed just days after the Olympics ended.

Chiles said at the time that Jordan had yet to reach out to her after the Paris Games. It will certainly be interesting to see if Jordan has contacted us as a lot has happened in the last few weeks.
