Simone Biles shares tour of new home under construction with Jonathan Owens After a long wait, Simone Biles has finally revealed some exciting aspects of the home she’s building with her husband, Jonathan Owens. The gymnast, who currently lives in a $2 million mansion in Houston, Texas, is building a new residence with the NFL player. With each passing day, she says she gets more and more excited to watch the house being built.
In March 2023, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens laid the foundation for their new home. Building a new home from the ground up has required a lot of patience before the foundation can be completed, but after months of waiting, Biles and Owens’ home is finally starting to take shape. Recently, when Bills accidentally visited her new house, she was surprised when she saw a wooden work. It gave the Bills an idea of how to decorate her new house. She shared all her excitement in a couple of her Instagram stories.

When she walked in, she was amazed to see the staircase in her home.
“We have some amazing stairs,” the gymnast wrote, tagging her husband, Jonathan Owens. Of course, an excited Simone Biles had to climb the stairs to see the progress on the top floor: She shared photos of the woodwork, revealing that the visible spaces were intended to be used as bedrooms, a games room/bar, a theater, and bathroom amenities. She then walked out into an open area of the house, where she could see trees and blue skies. The gymnast said the space will be transformed into a balcony where she can enjoy the sunset. “Never get tired of this view, especially when the sun goes down,” she wrote.
Additionally, Biles added,
“It will be an indoor balcony/outdoor balcony.”
Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens began dating when the NFL player was a member of the Houston Texans. The couple enjoyed a close relationship until Owens received a career-changing offer from the Green Bay Packers.
Days after their wedding in May, the NFL player signed with the Packers. It meant that the 28-year-old had to relocate to Green Bay, Wisconsin, to train with his team. This clearly meant that he would have to stay away from Biles, entering into a long-distance relationship immediately after marriage. It was almost four months in a distant relationship. Often, on the weekend, Owens can visit Houston’s wife and spend time together at the current house.
