Las -Vegas – If this season is not one thing with the eyebrows, that’s another.

Just when Kvoturbek Deshan Watson made a game, that Brown fans waited to see Amari Cooper a deep blow for 82 yards and an accounting account, the flag opted for the holding of the Nick Harris reserve center. The game resumed and the Browns finally punted. Regardless of what you think of the call, it sums up the Browns’ first four games as well as any other time.

The Browns got crushed by the Raiders (literally) and are now facing an identity crisis: Ashley Bastock
Amari Cooper’s redemptive touchdown is negated by a penalty, defense falters, Browns lose 20-16 to Raiders, lose 1-3
Watch Rodney McLeod Jr. kick and score a touchdown against Raiders
Watson still has a long way to go to reach the level the Browns need to achieve their primary goal, but he was certainly good enough Sunday. The defense remained an issue and we’ll see how he does against a better defense and a better team, but there have been baby steps. Meanwhile, the defense allowed the Raiders offense to do what it hadn’t done all season: Las Vegas scored in double figures for the first time in the first half and recorded its highest rushing total of the season through the game’s first 30 minutes. This wasn’t a particularly inspiring Raiders group, especially since they were playing without their two best players, edge rusher Maxx Crosby and wide receiver Davante Adams.

Still, Isaiah McGuire tucked the ball in and Rodney McLeod returned it for a touchdown to bring the Browns within a score. Then Mr. Reliable, Dustin Hopkins, missed the extra point.

It’s still too early to call the Browns’ season over, even at 1-3, but the first four games haven’t given us much reason to be optimistic about where things are headed, especially given how much tougher the schedule gets from here on out. Losing to this Raiders team, 20-16, really makes you wonder where this football team stands in the hierarchy. They lost to two teams that no one had in the playoffs at the beginning of the year and nothing major has happened to change that outlook. Now you need to start looking at how the brownies will focus on things, going to Washington next week to encounter the growing commanders’ team before they play the “eagles” and open their division slate at home.

The season of brows in trouble, and they need to quickly find out. If you purchase a product or create an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
