Tiger Woods is entangled in a legal dispute with the American company Tigeraire regarding his clothing brand, Sun Day Red.

Golf legend Tiger Woods is encountering a legal challenge concerning his new clothing brand Sun Day Red, which he launched in collaboration with TaylorMade in early 2024.

Woods commented on the launch of his own clothing brand, after nearly thirty years with Nike: “Life changes. I have kids now, and having a product and a brand that I’m proud of is an important part of transitioning into this new phase of my life.”

In Tigeraire’s court filing, it was stated that: “The actions of SDR, TaylorMade, and Tiger Woods flagrantly disregard Tigeraire’s established trademark, brand identity, and infringe upon both federal and state intellectual property laws.
