Daniel Ricardo receives the first job offer on the proposal of “open weapons”.

Since 2017, Amanda Valionis, a familiar face in sports broadcasting as a CBS football and golf commentator, is also an insight -filled yoga practitioner. From her peace of her southern California’s house, she was certified by baptist yoga after intense 200 hours of training. In a 2020 GOLF.com article, she detailed the benefits of yoga: “Through controlled breathing and meditative movement, yoga practice taught me how to stay calm in difficult situations,” and “It was an intense 200-hour journey that changed my thinking. I had to understand my own issues before I had the ability to teach others. I now teach when I can, and continue to do yoga at least a few times a week. Each class lasts anywhere from 10 to 90 minutes, depending on the stress level of the day.”

Three years later, Balionis has embarked on an intensive journey to become a certified yoga teacher. She described the process as “tough,” but noted how it helped her change her passive mindset and stay focused on her work.
