Simone Biles aims for gold with new look. The Olympic gymnast showed off her new chin-length hairstyle in a Nov. 19 Instagram Story post, along with a selfie of herself wearing an oversized black swimsuit with silver knee-length boots. The next day, Simone posted another photo to her Instagram Story, where she pursed her lips next to a friend and showed off her new hairstyle again, this time in a brown T-shirt and light-colored jeans. She completed her look with a black leather jacket and thick black glasses, and captioned the photo, “Okay, but wait until it’s light today.”

During the 2024 Paris Olympics, the 27-year-old was criticized for her hairstyle in the summer heat. But the athlete, who ultimately won three gold medals and one bronze at the Summer Olympics, was quick to shut down attacks from her detractors on social media.

“Don’t come at me because of my hair,” Simone wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “Done, but the bus doesn’t have air conditioning and it’s like 9,000 degrees. Oh, and the ride is 45 minutes.”
