‘I Got You’: Simone Biles Says as ‘The Voice’ Teammate Snoop Dogg Makes Honest Gymnastics Request

“I got you”: Simone Biles says when her ‘Voice’ co-star Snoop Dogg makes an honest gymnastics requestSimone Biles left no stone unturned to win the gymnastics crown at the Paris Olympics. Shortly after, she embarked on her Gold Over America tour, hitting 30 cities and garnering a lot of attention.

The gymnast hasn’t stopped since, moving on to the second season of a docuseries, promoting Simone Biles’ Rising, and becoming a co-host on America’s Got Talent. So she had a lot going for her.

Simone Biles landed a rather unique role on The Voice and now she’s added another feather to her hat: The gymnastics GOAT recently teamed up with Snoop Dogg’s team as consultants as the series enters its postseason. NBC confirmed his participation in the advertisement last week. They also confirmed that she would work closely with the legend of hip -hop, as she also selected gymnasts as an advisor for his team.

Now, to build excitement for the series, ET has published another interview in which Simone Biles and Snoop answer questions together, during which the gymnast expressed a desire to do a gymnastics routine to a Snoop Dogg song in the future.

The rapper had the perfect suggestion for this and recommended his 2004 song ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ featuring Pharrell Williams. Simone immediately agreed to this, as she also felt it was very suitable for a routine.

But Snoop had one condition the gymnast had to meet if he wanted Simone Biles’ permission to perform the song: he wanted to try out a little gymnastics. “If she teaches me how to do a backflip, I’ll let her use that song, and she won’t have to come back.

“This could be a turnaround,” he said. Simone completely agreed with this and said, “I get it.” So fans can expect this to happen in the future.
