Ronnie Louise Biles was born to Ronald Jr. and his wife in 2022 and is a bit of a miracle baby, having been born via in vitro fertilization after the couple struggled to conceive the traditional way. And she’s already an avid gymnast herself, regularly watching her aunt’s floor exercise and leotard routines at events like the 2023 World Gymnastics Championships in October.
Though she adores her aunt, it was actually Simone’s sister, Adira, who stole the show with a touching message on Monday for Ronnie’s second birthday.
“Happy birthday to my favorite little human!!!,” Adira Biles wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for making me an aunt.” I love you.”I can’t believe Chanka is already 2.”Adira posted a photo of the two of them holding hands while walking through a crowd, along with a selfie of the two of them together. In a third photo, she also shares a picture of her holding newborn Ronnie.
Simone turns out to be a source of inspiration for Ronnie Biles’ family is very close, so it’s no surprise that his aunts are heavily involved in his life, especially after his childhood struggles with instability due to his mother’s drug problems and trouble with the law.
Simone was eventually adopted by her grandfather and moved to Houston with Adira, paving the way for her to become an 11-time Olympic gold medalist and add 30 World Championship medals to her resume.
